At about 7:30am on Sunday, January 22, Keith Peterson died at Copley Hospital in Morrisville, VT.  Jean Bailey phoned me to let me know that she had to take him to the hospital on Sabbath morning, as he wasn’t feeling well.  The doctors put him on morphine and he made it through the night. But this morning,  Keith died quietly and peacefully.

Right up to the end of his life he was steadfast and put his future in God’s hands. He told me many times, “may God’s will be done!” He was definitely a man of Faith!!

For those of you who will not have Sabbath Services today, due to the cancellation of Cranford, Auburn, New York City, Long Island and Pawtucket services, you are welcome to join us on the Sabbath Teleconference connection.  Mr. Jonathan McNair will be giving the sermon, titled “Godly Fellowship”.

If you were not aware of this service, the Sabbath Teleconference Connection is offered to shut-ins who are not able to be at services due to health or distance.  It is not an alternative to going to church if we are able, obviously!  However, it is a helpful alternative for those who need the service.  When you call the number and give the code number, you’ll be able to listen to the complete Sabbath Service from wherever we are transmitting that particular Sabbath.  The location changes from week to week.

This service is not intended for non-members, and it is not intended for members from areas beyond the Northeast Region, which is why we do not post this number on the web-site.
